Groups should not arrive before 2.00pm to allow for the centre to be checked after the last occupants. All guests should leave by 12.00pm unless prior arrangements have been made.
Groups must be accompanied by an adult leader, responsible for the good behaviour and conduct of their group at all times. They must read and accept the Terms & Conditions and be responsible for prompt payment of fees and any additional charges incurred due to breakages and/or damage to the centre and it's contents. If damage is noticed upon arrival, or if any accidental damage occurs during your stay, please contact us immediately.

Leaders are responsible for the activities of their group. If running activities they must be fully qualified to do so. Leaders are responsible for risk assessment, health and safety of groups and ensuring youth group leaders have a current CRB check certificate.
Groups are expected to include a qualified first aider and provide a first aid kit suitable for the number of people in their party.

Guests must provide their own sleeping bags or blankets, single sheets and pillows, towels, toilet rolls, and cleaning supplies including bin liners. They must also provide their own first aid equipment. Under no circumstances should more than 28 people be accommodated in the centre or on its grounds.
