Although we no longer provide activity equipment, our location offers a multitude of local expertise in a wide range of outdoor activities and attractions.

With local shops, amenities and England’s most beautiful lake, Ullswater, only five minutes away, plus Windermere, Ambleside, Grasmere and Keswick all within a thirty minute drive, we offer an ideal location for groups to relax and enjoy all the fun and beauty the Lakes has to offer. Situated close to the foot of Kirkstone Pass near Brothers Water and within sight of Helvellyn and the High Street range, we are ideally positioned for many popular walks including Hayeswater, Angle Tarn, Dove Crag, St Sunday Crag and Fairfield.
